You have to change call blocking rule to Address Book:
- Select Change block rule from menu options
- Scroll to Address Book and click OK button

Why did the software stop working? |
The Trial software will not function after 10 successful blocked calls, or after 15 days. If you are within your 15 day trial period and have reached 10 successful blocked calls, you will have to manually clear the blocked history call log in order for the software to function again for the remaining days. After 15 days, the software will stop functioning and must be activated by a purchased license key if you wish to continue using the application.

Is the software supported in the UK? ( or the mobile carrier I am using ) |
The software operates on top of the Blackberry OS, which most mobile carriers support. The easiest way to check for application compatibility is to install a copy of the trial software. You can try the software for 15 days.

| What is the difference between a trial version and full version? |
The trial version is limited to 10 blocked calls or 15 days. If you have reached 10 blocked calls within your 15 day trial period; you will have to manually clear the blocked history log and the software will continue to function until your 15 day limit is reached.

What if I changed Blackberry phones due to a replacement or upgrade? |
You have to email support your new PIN number to generate a new license key. Your old PIN number will be added to our blacklist and will not upgradable. You must uninstall and delete the software form your old phone. If you install updated software into a blacklisted phone then an application will not started for ALL versions.

How do I add a phone number to the blacklist? |

Black & Whitelist is fully integrated with the Blackberry Address Book and Call Log. Highlight the preferred contact or phone number in call log and select "Black & White list" menu from menu options. Add to list screen will appear, select the OK button. Easy, isn't it? |

To block specify phone number, do the following step:
- Select "Change block rule" menu from menu options.
- Change block rule to Blacklist then press OK button.
- Go to Blackberry's Address Book or Blackberry's Call Log
- Highlight a contact or a phone number then select "Black & Whitelist" menu from menu options.
- Add to list screen will appear, check blacklist or whitelist then press OK button.

How do I blocked a number that has not called me? |

Will Black & Whitelist block text, MMS or email messages? |
Black & Whitelist blocks only phone calls. It is not capable of blocking SMS, MMS or Email messages.

Do I need Internet connection/data plan to activate the product? |
We will send your license key to email account specify once you have placed your order. Key the license key in registration menu to activate the software and will not need Internet connection to register.

| I received an error message while a call comes in, what should I do? |
On all incoming calls, the software needs to access personal information and Phone API. The application permission must be set to Allow after the software is installed in order to be functional.

I have received an "Invalid serial number" error message, what should I do? |
The license key use to register the software is generated from the PIN number you entered on your purchase. If you filled out an invalid PIN number, then your license key will be invalid.
To locate PIN number:
1. In Blackberry Home screen, select Options icon.
2. When Options screen appear, scroll to Status label and press enter.
3. The PIN number is a 8 digits number in Status screen.

What is the difference between Black & White list and i,Call Manager? Which one is better? |

There is no correct answer for this question. Black & Whitelist is perfect for basic call blocking and most customers prefer this software. Some of our customers who desire additional and advanced software features for call blocking prefer iCall Manager. Both Software applications will block your unwanted phone calls.

It's just doesn't work? |
Check you are use compatible phone and OS and Applicarion permission must be set to Allow after the software is installed in order to be functional. Once the permissions have been set, please restart the phone.
